Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations for projects with a United States client. The role focuses on guiding teams, maintaining service levels, and driving performance through coaching and KPI monitoring.

You will coordinate training, monitor progress, and address client inquiries while upholding data security and operational standards. This position is based in the Philippines, Metro Manila, with exposure to international client expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience communicating with clients, managing expectations.
• Coaching team members and creating actionable plans to improve performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with KPIs to drive team performance and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support team leaders in managing daily operations and ensuring timely, accurate task completion.
• Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain service expectations.
• Coach team members and develop action plans to improve performance and efficiency.
• Lead training, uptraining, and refresher sessions to strengthen team skills.
• Track KPIs, improve workflows, and address operational challenges effectively.
• Protect sensitive data and uphold security standards in all operations.
