Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Leader to ensure high-quality control tower processes and timely, independent handling of incidents under the process scope. The role supports management in meeting KPIs and client requirements, while ensuring SOP compliance and staff development through coaching.

The ideal candidate will lead regular team meetings and huddles, drive performance reviews with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements across quality, health, safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading a logistics/controls tower team.
• Ability to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience in incident handling and escalation.
• Proficient in coaching and mentoring staff.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team KPI targets and ensure processes comply with the SLA.
• Conduct regular team meetings and daily huddles to align process understanding.
• Lead performance reviews with stakeholders and provide timely reports.
• Coach and mentor team members for development and performance improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives (SOP updates; 5S; maturity matrix).
