Job summary

DSV International Shared Services Inc. seeks a motivated Team Leader – Control Tower Operations to guide a team delivering freight forwarding and logistics services. You will champion SLA/KPI achievement, manage customer and stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

You will mentor staff, lead daily huddles, analyze performance data, and report results to stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shared Services operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, or Control Tower operations is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with transport management systems and web-based applications is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader – Control Tower Operations to lead a team supporting freight forwarding and logistics operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement, managing customer and stakeholder relationships, and developing a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in process optimization, service delivery, and continuous improvement while supporting DSV's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
