Job summary

DSV International Shared Services Inc. seeks a motivated Team Leader – Control Tower Operations to guide a team delivering freight forwarding and logistics services. You will champion SLA/KPI achievement, manage customer and stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

You will mentor staff, lead daily huddles, analyze performance data, and report results to stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shared Services operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, or Control Tower operations is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with transport management systems and web-based applications is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day Control Tower operations.
• Ensure team performance meets agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
• Conduct team meetings and daily huddles to drive operational alignment.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.
• Prepare and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, branches, and internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support onboarding, training, and continuous development initiatives.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
