Job summary

DSV Road GmbH Philippines is seeking a Team Leader to oversee control tower processes, ensuring high service quality, KPI attainment and compliance with SOPs. You will coach and mentor staff, run regular performance reviews, and drive improvements in incident handling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, coordinating with stakeholders, escalating issues, and participating in process improvement projects while aligning with DSV’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience.
• Freight-forwarding / logistics education is an advantage.
• Knowledge in different transport management system is an advantage.
• MS-Office (Outlook/Excel) intermediate to advanced.
• Team collaboration and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team’s KPI performance and ensure processes comply with SLA.
• Coach and mentor team members; develop performance plans.
• Conduct daily huddles and team meetings to align on process understanding and address SLA non-compliance.
• Coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders and provide timely reports.
• Report irregularities per SOP and manage 1st level escalations.
• Support supervisors/managers to achieve KPI targets and process improvements.
• Participate in projects for process improvements (e.g., 5S, Maturity Matrix).
• Adapt to DSV culture and uphold company values in daily operations.
