Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services - Manila is seeking a Team Lead for Nursing Education and Practice to guide education support services and clinical learning operations, partnering with U.S.-based nursing leaders to drive workforce readiness and high-quality patient care.

You will lead a team of coordinators, manage onboarding, coaching and performance, oversee virtual learning content, and ensure continuing education compliance, reporting, and data dashboards to inform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, shared services or global business services environments.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• 2+ years of adult learning principles, educational needs assessment, program development, implementation and evaluation.
• Experience supporting learning management systems, training operations or virtual education programs preferred.
• Experience with performance metrics, reporting and data analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing professional development practices.
• Knowledge of continuing education administration and compliance requirements.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Nursing Professional Development Project Coordinators and Nursing Virtual Learning Coordinators.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management and employee development activities.
• Support system-wide nursing education and professional development programs, including virtual clinical orientation and other learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to align education support services with organizational and nursing strategic priorities.
• Monitor training program completion, participation metrics and compliance requirements.
• Analyze education data, identify trends and provide reports and dashboards to leadership teams.
• Coordinate evidence-based practice requests and educational support activities as directed by nursing leadership.
• Lead the review, maintenance and delivery of virtual learning content to ensure program quality and continuing education compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of key performance indicators, reporting tools and workforce development metrics.
• Support life support training programs, including instructor compliance tracking, communication activities and administrative coordination.
• Oversee education records management, attendance tracking and compliance reporting for Simulation and Training Centers.
• Monitor and coordinate updates to clinical education resources and learning platforms to ensure alignment with organizational policies and practice standards.
• Support the creation, maintenance and audit of nursing continuing education programs and requirements.
• Partner with nursing practice, education and research leaders to drive consistency, service excellence and professional development outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities and education support services.

Job Summary

The Team Lead - Nursing Education and Practice is responsible for leading nursing education support services, professional development programs and clinical learning operations that contribute to workforce readiness and high-quality patient care outcomes.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role partners with U.S.-based nursing leaders to support professional nursing practice, educational program delivery, workforce development initiatives and operational excellence across the healthcare system.

What you'll bring

Experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, shared services or global business services environments required

• 2+ years of nursing experience required

• 2+ years of experience in adult learning principles, educational needs assessment, program development, implementation and evaluation required

• Experience supporting learning management systems, training operations or virtual education programs preferred

• Experience with performance metrics, reporting and data analysis preferred

• Knowledge of nursing professional development practices required

• Knowledge of continuing education administration and compliance requirements preferred

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills required

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

Licensure and Certifications

• Active Professional Registered Nurse (PRC Registered Nurse or PHRN) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) required
