Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist to coordinate nursing education programs, professional development initiatives and strategic projects aligned with workforce development and organizational goals.

In a Global Business Services setting, you will partner with nursing leaders, educators and operational stakeholders to drive program implementation, change management and continuous improvement across U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or program management in healthcare.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Healthcare or clinical support environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing professional development programs and projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with nursing education teams, operations partners, technology teams and business stakeholders to support project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work schedules and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks to ensure timely completion.
• Support program launches, change management initiatives and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation per standards.
• Track KPIs, project metrics and program outcomes to measure effectiveness.
• Analyze results and recommend process improvements to enhance performance.
• Serve as liaison between nursing teams, clinical stakeholders and operational partners.
• Prepare materials and support leadership presentations and governance discussions.

Job Summary

The Nursing Professional Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating nursing education programs, professional development initiatives and strategic projects that support workforce development and organizational goals.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role partners with nursing leaders, educators and operational stakeholders to support project execution, program implementation and continuous improvement across U.S. healthcare support functions.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate nursing professional development programs and projects from planning through implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with nursing education teams, operations partners, technology teams and business stakeholders to support project success
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work schedules and implementation roadmaps
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks to ensure timely completion

What you’ll bring

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, healthcare operations, nursing education or professional development required
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement required
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and implementation practices required
• Experience within healthcare or clinical support environments preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration or a related field required

Certifications and Licensure

• Project Management training required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification – Project Management Institute preferred
