Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:
TheSupervisor, ParalegalServicesis responsible foroverseeing day-to-day operations across Legal Operations and Paralegal support. This role ensures efficient delivery of legal services, alignment with Ministry priorities, and high-quality support to attorneys and internal stakeholders. TheSupervisor, Paralegal Servicesprovides direct leadership and coaching for the team, while also serving as a hands-on contributor- primarilysupporting paralegalactivities to meet service levels and business demands. This role partners closely with Stateside Legal teams to drive consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across legal processes and systems.
