Job summary

BDO Network Bank, a subsidiary of BDO Unibank, is seeking a Team Head to lead existing sales teams and drive sales performance. The role focuses on coordinating with support units, pursuing sales strategies, and closely monitoring sales metrics to achieve targets.

The successful candidate will oversee branch sales strategies, ensure loan turn-ins and bookings, and validate credit recommendations within prescribed limits to maintain credit quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• With at least 2 years experience in handling a team and selling bank products.
• Has good people management, selling, training and communication skills.
• With adequate credit knowledge, people and leadership abilities.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities
