Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, pursuing new business, and ensuring pricing and fee realization align with bank policies. A senior-level track record in commercial/ corporate lending is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in banking and at least 5 years in an officer level role in account solicitation and relationship management (commercial and corporate loans).
• Above-average credit analysis and loan packaging skills.

Job Mandate

Primarily responsible for the assigned Team's attainment of business goals including revenue generation and account management, maintenance of portfolio credit quality and supervision of manpower resources of the Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures solid and continuing relationship with the clients and direct communication with key client decision makers;


• understands clients' operations and markets through regular client contact, plant visits updates on local and global industry developments;


• Manages a portfolio sub-set of credit worthy accounts that can influence volume, usage pricing and prfitability as/when needed;


• Varies client mix to ensure diversity of portfolio and avoid excessive concentration;


• Drives the pursuit of new clients and product enhancements;


• Monitors profitability of disbursement and collection product usage and coordinates with Team and operating units on pricing and product mix adjustments as needed;


• Ascertains proper disposition and booking fees and commissions due to and from assigned clients within time frame allowed by Bank policies and procedures.

Credit and Risk Management

• Tracks adherence to bank policies procedures such credit review and documentation requirements and work plans, problem account management;


• Evaluates periodically with the Relationship Managers the suitability of loan facilities against market conditions, competition, perceived growth and risk factors;


• Reviews and recommends credit proposals based on quality fo credit and cash flow statements, collateral and other risk mitigants and adherence to bank policies;


• Guides and mentors Team members to improve sales and credit skills, bolster confidence, encourage growth and positive work experience.


• Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time according to the established productivity and service quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate with a minimum of 10 years' experience in banking and at least 5 years in an officer level role in account solicitation and relationship management (principally in commercial and corporate loans)


• Above average credit analysis and loan packaging skills
