Job summary

Smart Apartment Data in the Philippines is seeking a Team Coach to train new hires and uplift the skills of existing agents through hands-on coaching, refresher sessions, and structured feedback.

You will conduct training for frontline staff, identify knowledge gaps, monitor progress with performance metrics, and deliver practical guidance that improves quality, efficiency, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of coaching, training, or team support experience.
• Experience coaching or developing frontline agents.
• Trainer experience is a major plus.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback.

About The Role

We're looking for a Team Coach who can train new hires and help existing agents improve their skills and performance. You'll work directly with agents through training, refresher sessions, and hands-on coaching to help them understand what they need to improve and how to improve it.

What You'll Do

• Conduct training for new hires
• Provide refresher training and uptraining for existing agents
• Coach agents who need help improving their performance
• Identify skill or knowledge gaps and what may be blocking improvement
• Demonstrate processes, observe agents, and provide practical feedback
• Support both voice and non-voice teams
• Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed
• Track progress after coaching or training

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 1-2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience
• Experience coaching or developing frontline agents
• Previous Trainer experience is a major plus
• Strong spoken and written English
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personality
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback
