ING is seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist III (Process Expert) to strengthen data management, governance, and reporting across Client Tax Services. You will enable better decision-making through insights, streamlined processes, and reliable performance reporting while collaborating with stakeholders across operations, technology, and transformation teams.

You will help drive automation initiatives, tool adoption, and scalable workflows to support sustainable growth and operational excellence

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking operations, process management, reporting, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI or SLA performance monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and experience with Excel or Power BI for reporting.
• Experience supporting automation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of process mapping, root-cause analysis, and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.
