ING is seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist III (Process Expert) for Client Tax Services (CTS) in the Philippines. You will strengthen data management, governance, and reporting while driving continuous improvement across CTS in collaboration with stakeholders across operations, technology, and transformation teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI and Excel, plus knowledge of workflow management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in banking ops, process mgmt, reporting or transformation.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into insights.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, KPI/SLA monitoring.
