Job summary

Mercer in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Talent & Transformation Consultant focused on Learning Solutions to join the Workforce & Rewards team in a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office.

You will lead learning initiatives, partner with colleagues to drive revenue, and design practical solutions for upskilling, reskilling, and organizational transformation across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR consulting experience across learning, transformation, talent or organisational development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with solid analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions business across public workshops and in-house offerings.
• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to support revenue targets and growth.
• Develop practical solutions for learning, upskilling, reskilling and broader talent strategies.
• Lead business development activities including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline development and proposal shaping.
• Support client opportunities through solution design and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate.
• Lead and support engagements from problem definition through to delivery and execution.
• Manage projects to time, quality and budget, building capability within teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, present medium-to-high complexity content, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to market presence through trend sharing, pulse surveys, networking and industry engagement.
