Job summary

Marsh in Manila seeks a Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant to drive HR transformation initiatives for clients, including assessments, leadership development, skills frameworks and AI-enabled change programs. You will lead engagements end-to-end and mentor junior team members.

The role requires deep HR consulting experience across workforce transformation, talent management and culture, plus strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of HR consulting across workforce transformation, talent management and culture.
• Thrive in problem-solving and shaping solutions for client needs.
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to produce annual revenue targets.
• Lead business development efforts and build a strong pipeline.
• Lead proposal shaping and ensure solution fit to client needs.
• Direct and guide consulting engagements to deliver client value.
• Manage projects end-to-end from problem statement to delivery approach.
• Independently facilitate client meetings and act as trusted adviser.
