Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 6 months of HR experience or fresh graduate, preferably with recruitment and training.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, and employee relations.
• Experience in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience in planning and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct final interviews and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Assist in evaluating candidates and preparing hiring recommendations.
• Maintain an updated database of applicants and recruitment records.
• Identify employee training and development needs with department heads.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate employee training programs.
• Prepare training schedules, materials, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers.
• Monitor employee participation and completion of required training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
