Job summary

HHRG Services Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and administrative roles in the Philippines. You will post openings, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will also support onboarding, background checks, benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and maintain accurate HR records. Fresh graduates are welcome and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative work is advantageous.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and agencies simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for clinical and administrative positions across multiple roles.
• Post openings and source candidates via Indeed, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and arrange interviews with managers.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and follow up with applicants.
• Assist with compensation discussions and offer letters.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and document collection.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding compliance.
• Track missing onboarding documents and ensure timely completion.
• Support benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and attendance records.
• Prepare HR letters, forms, and employee documentation.
• Maintain trackers for recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and files.
• Coordinate with staff, clinicians, managers, and agency reps on staffing needs.
• Carry out other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
