Job summary

TP in Quezon City is seeking a Sourcing Supervisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced BPO and digital services environment. This on-site role manages sourcing processes, engages pipelines, coordinates interviews, and supports hiring decisions.

You will monitor performance metrics, optimize channels, supervise sourcing specialists, ensure timely timelines, maintain accurate data, and contribute to employer branding.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidate fit and drive effective selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization and attract high-quality talent through various channels.
• Relevant experience supervising or leading sourcing or recruitment teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Knowledge of local labor market trends in Quezon City and surrounding areas; experience in BPO or digital business services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
