TP in Quezon City is seeking a Sourcing Supervisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced BPO and digital services environment. This on-site role manages sourcing processes, engages pipelines, coordinates interviews, and supports hiring decisions.

You will monitor performance metrics, optimize channels, supervise sourcing specialists, ensure timely timelines, maintain accurate data, and contribute to employer branding.

The role also involves market research on talent trends and recommending process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
