Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist for a 1-month project within our Talent Acquisition team. You will build a strong pipeline for high-volume BPO roles by actively sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates across multiple channels.

You will conduct initial phone screens, maintain an active talent pool, and coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoffs and timely updates on sourcing metrics. Immediate start required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sourcing, lead generation, or recruitment (especially within a BPO setup) is an advantage, but fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing via social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, TikTok) and job boards.
• Proficient in using computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
• Target-driven, resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commit to the full 1-month project duration and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for potential candidates using job boards, social media networks (LinkedIn, Facebook), referral programs, and local resume databases.
• Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess applicant qualifications, communication skills, and fit for BPO roles.
• Maintain an active talent pool to support immediate and upcoming hiring ramp-ups.
• Reach out to passive candidates and convert them into active applicants through engaging messaging.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate handoff and daily tracking of sourcing metrics.
