Job summary

South Star Drug is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from posting jobs to candidate endorsements. You will conduct behavioral interviews, assess competency, and build robust pipelines that include provincial candidates.

You will coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding, and deployment schedules while tracking progress and maintaining records. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in retail recruitment, high-volume hiring, or recruitment agencies is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Familiarity with legitimate recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, and candidate endorsement.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and competency standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, including candidates from provincial areas.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, medical clearances, onboarding activities, and deployment schedules.
• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Support candidate engagement and help reduce candidate dropouts.
• Use approved recruitment platforms, databases, employee referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
