Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding candidates, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent. You will coordinate interviews, assist with offers, and maintain accurate candidate records while promoting our employer brand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and about 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or large-scale hiring setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or large-scale hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and screening candidates from multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, both phone and in-person.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Assist with offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate candidate profiles.
• Provide recruitment metrics and regular updates to HR and hiring managers.
• Promote employer branding across online platforms and community events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
