Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a proactive Sourcing Associate to identify passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and support recruitment across multiple roles.

You will research sourcing channels, reach out via emails or messages, maintain candidate data in the ATS, and collaborate with recruiters to align on hiring needs.

Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of Boolean searches are key to staying ahead in a fast paced hiring environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in corporate or BPO.
• Strong sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and online databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and networking.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates via emails, calls, or messages.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequent or high-priority roles.
• Screen resumes and assess qualifications to match job requirements.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS or database.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing channels and networks.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and talent networking activities.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged in the process.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health.
