15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in BPO/CX.
Experience leading large-scale operations across sites/clients.
Strong track record in operational, financial growth and client satisfaction.
Experience overseeing Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA in BPO/CX.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multicultural team of Operations Heads.
Ensure SLAs and operational targets are met.
Drive root-cause analysis and timely corrective actions.
Establish governance for measuring and improving performance.
Manage client relationships and resolve operational issues.
