Job summary

The 360 Companies is hiring an on-site recruitment professional in Cebu IT Park to build and manage a pipeline of CDL driver candidates for US-based roles. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates to US hiring managers, coordinating seamlessly with the recruitment team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume end-to-end recruitment experience for US markets.
• Experience endorsing candidates to US hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite on a US shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST); prior night shift experience is required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Creative, energetic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of CDL drivers and screen candidates from job boards and BH ATS.
• Source and screen CDL driver candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, and BH ATS.
• Present qualified candidates to US CAMs to staff open jobs.
• Complete the application, onboarding, and hiring processes for CDL candidates.
• Assist in collecting and approving electronic timecards and support branch payroll.
• Meet KPI metrics daily, weekly, monthly.
• Interact with clients to determine staffing needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Follow up with placements to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead client intake meetings to review job orders and hiring needs.

Hiring Process

ESSESTIAL DUTIES

• Goal is to build a pipeline of CDL drivers who have completed DQ file processing.
• Sourcing and screening qualified CDL driver candidates utilizing job board databases such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and Craigslist along with dormant candidates in our BH ATS.
• Present qualified candidates to the US CAMs to skill market. May also be presenting candidates on open job orders.
• Complete the application, onboarding, and hiring processes for CDL driver candidates.
• Aid in collection and client approval of electronic timecards on a weekly basis and help to ensure accuracy of the branch payroll for working drivers you have placed.
• Ability to meet KPI metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Interact with clients and determine specific needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Provide follow-up and servicing of each placement to include candidate and client interactions.
• Problem solving and resolution of any candidate or client concerns to ensure successful placement and repeat business.
• Lead and conduct client intake meetings via phone and video platforms (Zoom/Teams) to review job orders, hiring processes, workforce challenges, and key hiring needs to ensure successful recruiting outcomes.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 2+ years of high-volume end-to-end recruitment experience for US markets.
• Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have experience endorsing candidates to US hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite on a US shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST); prior night shift experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to quickly learn new systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and ability to interact professionally with minimal supervision.
• Possesses a creative, energetic, and positive attitude.
