MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support high-volume hiring. You will handle end-to-end processes from sourcing and screening to candidate endorsement and offer coordination.

The role requires coordinating interviews, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and meeting hiring metrics. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, strong English communication, and a degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and other hiring metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other sourcing initiatives as needed.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our high-volume hiring needs. This role will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial screening to candidate endorsement and offer coordination

Work Schedule and Arrangement

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Gliding Shift, Onsite

Office Location

8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Review applications and conduct initial phone or video screenings
• Assess candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall fit
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and other assigned hiring metrics
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other sourcing initiatives as needed

Requirements

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP)

• Monthly salary of 25,000php - 28,000php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
• In-office allowance of 2,000php
