Job summary

Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu City is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Hub Manager to run our Cebu operations in person. You will lead a small team, guide interns, and accelerate candidate matching using Claude and other AI tools.

The role requires 3+ years in BPO recruitment with leadership experience, strong English, and a willingness to be onsite day shift, Monday to Friday. You will manage daily walks-ins, exams, interviews, and complete candidate records for client orders.

• 3+ years in recruitment for a BPO, outsourcing, or shared-services company, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• Experience running volume screening: exams, assessments, and structured first interviews.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in daily work.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Living in Cebu and onsite in Cebu Business Park on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily Recruitment Hub: walk-ins, screening exams, first interviews, and complete applicant records.
• Manage the day-shift recruitment team and interns; set schedules, standards, and weekly one-on-ones.
• Profile every applicant against client orders using AI tools and draft summaries.
• Maintain current candidate database in monday.com for real-time pipeline visibility.
• Compile candidate files for night-shift handover including resumes, assessments, notes.
• Run intern programs and college partnerships; nurture relationships with job fairs.
• Lead employee referral program and provide weekly reports on metrics.

Our Recruitment Hub in Cebu Business Park receives walk-in applicants every weekday, tests them, interviews them, and matches them to open positions with our clients in the United States and Australia. It needs a manager who will run it in person, lead the team that staffs it, and make the matching faster and sharper with AI tools. This is a hands-on operating role, not a title behind a desk. Day shift, Monday to Friday, onsite.

What you will own

• The daily Recruitment Hub: walk-in reception, screening exams, first interviews, and complete records for each applicant.
• The day-shift recruitment team: one recruitment team member and our interns. Schedules, training, standards, and weekly one-on-ones.
• Profiling every qualified applicant against our open client job orders, using Claude and other AI tools to match skills to roles and draft candidate summaries.
• The applicant database in monday.com, kept current so anyone in the company can see the pipeline in real time.
• Complete candidate files handed to the night-shift Talent Acquisition Manager: SOS-format resume, assessment results, interview notes, and profile.
• The intern program and our relationships with partner colleges and job-fair organizers, focused on programs that produce BPO-ready hires.
• The employee referral program, and a weekly report on walk-ins, pass rates, and time from application to shortlist.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years in recruitment for a BPO, outsourcing, or shared-services company, including at least 1 year leading a recruitment team, hub, or shift.
• Experience running volume screening: exams, assessments, and structured first interviews.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work, and strong Google Workspace skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable being the person in charge when leadership is on another shift.
• Living in Cebu and available onsite in Cebu Business Park on the day shift, Monday to Friday.
