Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a senior SAP platforms architect/manager for automotive solutions in Manila. You will lead SAP S/4HANA transformations, guide delivery across the project lifecycle, and drive value for global clients in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

The role demands strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across multi-cultural teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of ERP experience in Automotive Sales
• Experience in S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) including O2C, BP, Intercompany and STO
• Experience with SAP integration and ERP transformation programs
• MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school preferred

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Intelligent Functions team to support SAP platforms-driven business design and assessment.
• Provide end-to-end SAP solution guidance across the project lifecycle with market-aware SAP expertise.
• Lead as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and support RFP responses.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope solutions, and define roadmaps.
• Create innovative SAP solution designs leveraging Accenture’s service offerings.
• Support business development: shaping solution plans and delivery approaches for SAP transformations.
• Coordinate integration with other ERP solutions and develop proofs of concepts when needed.

• Be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.
• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.
• Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests.
• Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.
• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
• Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations.
• Be responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create proof of concepts as and when required.

Must have:

SAP Automotive Sales & Distribution

• 7-15 years of ERP experience in Automotive Sales working on Automotive Industry delivery engagements.
• Should have experience in S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution suite, Order to Cash processes, Business Partner, Third Party, Intercompany and STO scenarios, Variant Configuration, VMS, Integration of SD with MM, FI, and other modules in SAP.
• Experience in SAP Hybris/CRM would be an added advantage.

Along with -

• Prior experience of working on 4-5 large scale transformation and ERP implementation delivery programs for global clients.
• Must have worked as an end-to-end Solution / Functional Architect for at least 4-5 Request for Proposal (RFP) requests.
• Proven success in client-facing roles for 4-5 engagements.
• MBA from Tier 1 and 2 business school is preferrable.
• Open to cross-country relocation
