Job summary

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking an Analyst to support CFO & Enterprise Value initiatives. You will work on finance transformation programs, implementing ERP solutions and improving end-to-end finance processes for global clients.

Qualifications

• Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation.
• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes on Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP FICO, Oracle Financials/Fusion/EBS and Workday.
• Finance process knowledge including Master Data, AP, AR, GL, Taxation, Treasury and COA.
• Understanding of SAP reporting and customization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project delivery and client conversations with stakeholders.
• Guide teams on project executions within planned timelines.
• Contribute to solution design and ERP implementation while ensuring quality within time/budget constraints.
• Coordinate with client organizations to maintain and enhance relationships.

As a part of the CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models and best-in-class practices, to drive market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Participate in project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external
• Participate with a team of experienced resources and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines
• Participate in the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
• Effectively co-ordinate with client organizations and work towards maintaining & enhancing effective client relationships
• Participate in the ERP application design aspects and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients
• Identify opportunities using/building own network within and outside firm to drive business development activities
• Prepare response to RFP and drive client conversation/presentations to dive business opportunities
• Prepare business case, Solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements and execution approach for the ERP opportunities and use them as part of proposal to the client appropriately
• Work Independently on business development and project delivery from onshore/offshore as needed

Your experience counts!

• Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation
• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes on Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
• Hands-on experience in ERP like SAP FICO, Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS and Workday
• Finance business process knowledge related to Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Organization Structure, etc.
• Understanding of SAP and Allied Systems’ Reporting and Customization capabilities
• Understanding of Fiori and Dashboard development capabilities in SAP Core ERP and Allied Systems
• Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system Integration projects, namely, SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules / applications
• Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to be able to deliver projects on design and implementation
