Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in recruiting or talent operations, experience leading client meetings, and a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across international teams. AI-driven tooling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, campaign/project management, or talent operations.
• Proven experience leading client-facing meetings (kick-offs, weekly check-ins).
• Experience with small teams in US/UK/Canada/Australia preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with focus on top-of-funnel health and source effectiveness.
• Comfortable working with AI-driven tools and new workflows.
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Self-managed, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines and client relationships across active campaigns.
• Ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for phone screens or client introductions.
• Build credibility with US-based clients on first contact.
• Diagnose root causes in messy or ambiguous situations and find a path forward.
• Take ownership of problems and avoid unnecessary escalations.
• Collaborate with the team to keep campaigns healthy and moving.
• Provide structured feedback to improve tooling and workflows.
• Work with Talent Operations to ensure timely candidate communications.
• Drive strategy and execution of client kick-off calls for alignment.
• Lead weekly client check-ins and manage expectations to ensure campaign success.
