Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a Talent Mobility Associate to drive sourcing strategy and build a robust candidate pipeline. You will coordinate branding for external and internal activities, and develop programs including job fairs and communications to attract top talent.

The role requires creativity in sourcing, knowledge of the local market, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or similar.
• Experience in vendor coordination and PR skills.

• At least 1 year sourcing or recruitment exposure in a BPO is preferred.
• Marketing or Events Management/digital media marketing background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local talent market and sourcing channels.
• Flexible in various work situations and able to plan, organize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to present executive-style presentations; independent with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis and market research skills.

Overview

The Talent Mobility Associate will provide strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing / hiring Non-Agent candidates.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for generating leads and a strong candidate pool to increase talent database
• In-charge of branding logistics for external and internal activities
• Develops and implements programs to include targeted job fairs and other activities, such as placing advertisements and networking.
• Sources passive candidates through networking, advertisements, job fairs, and branding initiatives
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or similar.
• Experienced in vendor coordination and should have good PR skills
• Analytical skills with Creative out of the box thinking process.
• At least 1 year Sourcing or Recruitment exposure in a BPO set up is preferred
• Experience in Marketing or Events Management background and Online / Digital Media Marketing preferred
• Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
