Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end candidate journey from initial interviews to job offers. You will monitor conversion rates, ensure timely processing, and build strong rapport with applicants to enhance satisfaction across the selection process.

The role requires comfort with MS Office, Outlook, and video conferencing, with preference for candidates who have prior BPO or recruitment experience and strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to create/write professional emails and other communication modes.
• Familiar with recruitment processes and BPO environments preferred.
• Comfortable navigating video conference platforms and calendar invites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including initial and behavioral interviews.
• Monitor and report conversion progression from interview to job offer.
• Maintain strong rapport with candidates to ensure satisfaction with the process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily recruitment needs and deadlines.
• Calibrate with stakeholders to identify best-fit profiles for programs.

Overview

Participate in all Selection Process of each applicants through different variety of applications. Conduct Initial and Behavioral Interview, endorse and monitor the applicants for their final interview, discuss and onboard the applicants to program specific assessment and language assessment, discuss the Job offer to the selected applicants and endorse the selected applicants to training team.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the conversion rate of the applicants being endorsed from Initial Interview up to Job Offer
• Follow scheduled turn-around-time to ensure that applicants are being monitored and processed in real-time manner.
• Build strong rapport to ensure candidate and selection process satisfaction.
• Collaborate with each team members to ensure that the daily business needs are being met.
• Calibrate with stakeholders on a timely manner to know the applicant’s profiles that is best fit for the program.
• Ensures 100% fill rate/completion rate for all ramps.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.
• Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With at least 1 year with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
• Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
• Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites, etc.
• Soft Skills: Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong sense of commitment.
• Average to Good Communication skills
