The Talent Management Senior Officer leads the strategic direction and execution of recruitment and employee growth. This role bridges the gap between hiring needs and workforce development to ensure high team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead recruitment, source candidates, and build a strong employer brand.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop proactive hiring pipelines for critical organizational vacancies.
Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Training and Development: Design programs, workshops, and leadership paths to build employee skills.
  • Skill Advancement: Identify team competency gaps and roll out targeted developmental training.
Performance & Talent Strategy
  • Performance Management: Set employee goals, run reviews, and provide regular feedback.
  • Succession Planning: Find high-potential staff and prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Retention and Engagement: Create programs to keep employees happy and reduce turnover.
Required Skills
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to align HR operations with overall business objectives.
  • Program Architecture: Proven experience building both training programs and hiring funnels.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
