Job summary

Global Staff Connections Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to foster a positive employee experience by supporting employee relations, engagement programs, performance management, and culture-building initiatives within the Human Capital Department.

The role partners with employees, leaders, and clients to promote well-being, ensure policy compliance, and drive a productive, engaged workforce across a hybrid setup in Pasig, with mid-shift hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience; HRBP/HR Generalist preferred.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Performance Management.
• Experience handling employee concerns, disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Experience planning and executing employee engagement programs, company events, and culture-building initiatives.
• Must have experience using Sprout HR or any HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup and mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues with fair, timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular employee check-ins to assess sentiment and experience.
• Assist in investigations, evidence gathering, and hearings in employee relations cases.
• Prepare and administer Notices to Explain and disciplinary docs.
• Monitor performance review cycles, including probation and annual reviews.
• Assist managers with implementing and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans.
• Design and coordinate employee engagement programs to strengthen culture and retention.
• Plan and execute company-wide events, recognition programs, town halls, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Support onboarding processes including payroll account setup, HMO enrollment, and life insurance registration.
