• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles.
• Organizational Design: contribute to improving roles and structures.
• Compensation and Benefits: monitor and update employee benefits.
• Timekeeping & Compensation Support: coordinate with payroll for accurate pay.
• Performance Management: conduct evaluations and identify training needs.
• Training & Development: coordinate programs and assess needs.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: serve as main contact for inquiries and morale programs.
