Job summary

EY in Europe West seeks a Talent Consultant & Learning Coordinator to support Talent and Learning agendas. The role splits 50/50 between Talent leadership coordination and Learning & Development across EW, delivering data-driven insights, communications and governance.

You’ll manage calendars, meetings, and stakeholder engagement in a virtual, multinational environment. You will coordinate programmes, onboarding events and materials, while ensuring confidentiality and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preference for HR specialization
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent, HR, Learning & Development, programme coordination and project support
• Experience working with different stakeholders in international environments
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and openness to AI tools

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Talent Leader, helping translate priorities into clear actions, owners and timelines
• Maintain Talent plans, calendars, trackers, governance routines and action logs, and proactively follow up on deadlines, dependencies and inputs
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, meeting notes and leadership updates for Talent forums
• Support Talent processes across onboarding, development, retention, mobility and workforce initiatives
• Coordinate operational delivery of Talent meetings: invitations, lists, communications, materials, attendance and follow-up
• Consolidate Talent data, maintain dashboards and highlight gaps or decisions required
• Draft Talent communications, guidance, reminders and stakeholder updates
• Maintain Talent documentation and repositories with confidentiality
• Identify opportunities to simplify Talent processes and standardise ways of working
• Act as coordination point across talent leaders and mobility teams
• Support planning, coordination and delivery of EY-Parthenon Learning & Development agenda across Europe West
• Maintain learning calendar, programme plans, trackers, enrollment lists and attendance records
• Coordinate learning programmes, onboarding events, bootcamps and sessions
• Develop and maintain learning materials hosted on Teams/SharePoint
• Coordinate AI, future-skills initiatives and reporting
• Monitor milestones, learner feedback and recommend improvements
• Coordinate supplier, venue and budget activities and manage variances
• Enhance learner experience through clear guidance and responsive support
• Balance Talent and Learning priorities with leadership
• Build relationships with stakeholders across countries and enabling functions
