Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an Assurance Learning Coordinator to support learning programs across consulting and service lines. The LC will manage course submissions, rosters, communications, and LMS activities, coordinating Virtual Instructor-Led Training, classrooms, and eLearning, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing conference logistics, program deployment or project management.
• Proficient with LMS and calendar tools and data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate course submissions and scheduling across services lines.
• Manage participant rosters, rosters updates and communications.
• Ensure LMS compliance, tracking CE credits and attendance.
• Prepare and deploy VILT sessions, webcasts and facilitator guides.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice reviews for learning initiatives.
