The role combines operational coordination with learning facilitation and reporting, aligned to a Supervising Associate level.

You will manage agendas, dashboards and stakeholder communications, ensuring data privacy and effective use of Power BI, Excel, and Teams while handling confidential

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data handling.
• Clear written and verbal English communications.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with ability to escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent and Learning agendas with stakeholders across regions.
• Maintain calendars, governance routines and dashboards; track actions and deadlines.
• Prepare leadership materials, briefings and concise updates for Talent forums.
• Support Talent lifecycle processes including onboarding, development and mobility.
• Manage communications and documentation with confidentiality and data privacy.
• Utilise approved AI tools to improve processes and reporting.
