• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in HR with Talent Management and Employee Engagement exposure.
• 2–3 years in supervisory/leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall functional leadership for HR Talent & Culture aligned to HR strategy and priorities.
• Ensure clear role delineation and coordination between teams to deliver integrated HR services.
• Design and implement employee experience, culture-building, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Lead employee listening programs (surveys, focus groups, feedback channels).
• Analyze engagement, sentiment, and retention indicators; recommend action plans.
• Lead competency mapping, assessment, talent review, succession planning, and career pathing frameworks.
• Oversee performance management, goal setting, calibration, and learning roadmaps.
• Manage employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases; guide managers on ER issues.
• Participate in competency development, AI readiness, leadership pipeline, and workforce transformation initiatives.
