Responsibilities

• Manage the Day 1 handover for new employees and contractors.
• Conduct VIP client check-ins and manage client relationships.
• Handle client requests, escalations, perks, and performance management.
• Follow up on client payments and coordinate collections.
• Oversee monthly recognition and rewards (R&R) programs for Department Heads and contractors.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance corrections, shift assignments, and leave approvals via Zoho.
• Resolve invoice and employee/contractor disputes efficiently.
• Provide coaching, check-ins, and performance support to employees and contractors.
• Take inbound calls and ensure client and internal inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Manage client portal activities, including billing adjustments and representative enrollment.
