Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Talent & Learning Specialist in the Philippines to support the design, coordination and delivery of learning, talent, wellbeing and DEI initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on rolling out global programs, managing platforms, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure inclusive, data-informed programs that improve the employee experience.

• Design, coordinate and deliver global learning, talent, wellbeing and DEI initiatives across WebBeds.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communications and facilitator support.
• Administer Workday Learning and support learning paths, catalogues, enrolments and completion tracking.
• Manage Udemy registrations, access and usage monitoring.
• Support talent initiatives including performance management, succession planning and development resources.
• Develop and maintain organisational skills frameworks, competencies and capability models.
• Map skills to career and learning pathways and coordinate wellbeing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal trainers to ensure smooth delivery of sessions.
• Design digital, blended and instructor-led materials and produce participation and impact reports.

# Talent and Learning Specialist: Philippines: Oct 5, 2026: Oct 5, 2026## About the roleThe Talent & Learning Specialist supports the design, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of learning, talent, wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across WebBeds. The role helps create a high-quality employee experience by connecting capability building, talent development, inclusive practices and employee wellbeing activity.As a Talent & Learning Specialist, you will support the rollout of global learning programmes, talent processes, wellbeing initiatives and DEI activity. You will coordinate operations, communications, platform administration, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure initiatives are practical, inclusive, data-informed and aligned with business needs.- Support the design, coordination and delivery of global learning, talent, wellbeing and DEI initiatives- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communications, participant management and facilitator support- Administer Workday Learning and support learning paths, content catalogues, enrolments and completion tracking- Manage Udemy registrations, access, usage monitoring and learning path coordination- Support talent initiatives including performance management, talent identification, succession planning, development planning and career development resources- Support in the development and maintenance of organisational skills frameworks, competencies and capability models.- Support the mapping of skills to career pathways, learning pathways and development plans.- Coordinate wellbeing activity, awareness campaigns, learning sessions and employee resources that support resilience, mental health and work-life balance- Support DEI initiatives, communications, learning content and reporting to help build inclusive practices across the organisation- Coordinate with external providers, internal trainers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of learning, wellbeing and DEI sessions- Assist with the design of digital, blended and instructor-led materials, including eLearning, guides, toolkits and communications- Produce reports on participation, engagement, completion, feedback and impact across learning, talent, wellbeing and DEI activities- Partner with T&C, Talent, Learning, regional teams and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet local needs and reflect global priorities- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, resources and the overall employee experience- Help foster an inclusive, engaging, healthy and development-focused culture across WebBeds
