Optum Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior People Development Analyst to support Talent Enablement partners in delivering learning experiences across capabilities.

You will partner with capability leads, business stakeholders, facilitators and site teams to translate priorities into practical learning programs. This role combines facilitation, capability support, end-to-end project management and new employee onboarding readiness, with site-based work and cross-region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in learning, facilitation, HR or a related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development, talent enablement, capability development or a related function.
• Experience in end-to-end program or project management and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated facilitation skills for employee and manager audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality behavioral and capability-building sessions.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution from planning through governance and measurement.
• Own onboarding readiness and engagement for new joiners.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, communications and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Maintain data, reports and governance for learning programs.
