Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Talent & Learning Specialist to support global learning and leadership initiatives, coordinate programmes, and administer learning systems across regions. You will analyze data to inform improvements and partner with stakeholders to strengthen capability and the employee experience.

You will manage schedules, sessions, and communications, while ensuring smooth programme delivery and first-line support for learning processes across a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, Organisational Development, HR programme coordination, or related field.
• Experience delivering or coordinating learning, leadership, or talent activities in global or multi-region environments.
• Exposure to performance management, talent reviews, succession, or skills frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate global learning and leadership development programmes across regions.
• Contribute to blended learning content, guides, and toolkits with SMEs.
• Administer Workday Learning: campaigns, paths, catalogues, enrolments, reporting.
