Job summary

Luxury Presence is building a dedicated Talent Analytics function from the ground up, spanning data standards, dashboards, and leadership-ready insights. The role combines analytics, systems ownership, and brand-building to shape how we attract top talent.

You’ll own metrics, partner with Finance on headcount planning, and deliver reporting that leaders actually rely on each week, including clear recommendations and improved candidate messaging as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS data and tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong SQL skills and dashboard building in a BI tool; advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience defining data standards and getting teams to follow them.

Responsibilities

• Build the talent analytics function from definitions through to weekly dashboards used by recruiters and leaders.
• Define talent KPIs (time to fill, pipeline quality, offer acceptance) and set targets.
• Automate reporting so dashboards refresh automatically and avoid manual deck building.
• Present analysis to leadership with actionable recommendations, not just charts.
• Develop and enforce data quality standards across the full talent tool stack.
