Job summary

Luxury Presence is building an AI-driven growth platform for real estate. This role leads the talent analytics function from scratch, standardizes data across ATS/HRIS, and designs reporting that leaders rely on weekly. You’ll own the narrative we tell candidates and measure its effectiveness.

You’ll define key hiring metrics, automate reporting, and partner with Finance on headcount planning, all while crafting compelling employer branding collateral to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics in a high-growth company.
• Strong command of ATS and HRIS data, hands-on with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
• Deep analytical skills: SQL, advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building in a BI tool.
• Experience defining data standards and getting people to follow them.
• Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and forecasting.
• Ability to design one-pagers or offer decks with strong visuals.

Responsibilities

• Build the talent analytics function from definitions to weekly dashboards used by recruiters and leaders.
• Define KPIs like time to fill, pipeline conversion, source quality, offer acceptance, quality of hire.
