cnx is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Analytics to lead data-driven optimization of the recruitment process. You will turn hiring data into actionable insights, drive forecasting, and partner with leadership to inform workforce decisions.

The role requires expertise in dashboards, KPIs, and process improvement, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality of hire, and cost management. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate recruitment data into actionable insights.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards for KPIs like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance.
• Experience with workforce demand forecasting and headcount planning.
• Knowledge of ATS data integrity and HR systems.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards tracking recruitment KPIs.
• Provide regular hiring performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Partner with TA, Operations, and Leadership to forecast headcount.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using analytics.
