Teleperformance Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on initial pre-screening of candidates and handling essential administrative tasks to keep the recruitment pipeline running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years in administrative or support role; internship or entry-level HR/Recruitment is a plus.
• Strong English communication, excellent organization, and basic tech proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Candidate pre-screening & sourcing: review resumes and conduct initial pre-screening interviews.
• Provide pre-screening notes and recommendations to Hiring Managers/Senior Recruiters.
• Assist in candidate sourcing across online job boards and networks like LinkedIn.
• Schedule interviews and manage calendar invites.
• Maintain candidate profiles and pipeline statuses in the ATS.
• Send interview confirmations, status updates, and regret letters.
• Coordinate background checks, references, and documents.
• Assist with offers and onboarding handovers.
