Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Analyst – Talent Acquisition Support to assist recruiters with onboarding, background checks, and new hire processing in a fast-paced environment at our Taguig, Philippines site.

You will help ensure a smooth onboarding experience, manage I-9 completion, and assist with timely payroll setup while collaborating with HR partners and managers on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks.
• Initiate and adjudicate background checks and drug screenings.
• Educate employees, HR partners, and managers on company and local policies.
