The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and strong relationship-building with both candidates and clients. Prospective candidates should bring 2–3 years of recruitment experience, sales background, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Vincere preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related roles.
• Sales experience is highly preferred in a target-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
• Able to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and marketing of top talent through campaigns.
• Screening candidates via interviews, references, and background checks.
• Presenting job-ready candidates and maintaining accurate ATS records.
• Coordinate onboarding and payroll readiness to ensure timely payment processing.
• Collaborate with BD, operations, and shared services for seamless recruitment.
• Adhere to policies and ensure 100% data accuracy in the recruitment system.
