Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing - Philippines is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offers and negotiations. This role requires coordinating interviews, assessments, and pre-employment checks, and building strong relationships with management, vendors, and government agencies.

You will source candidates across channels, participate in open houses and career events, and support referral programs while maintaining daily HRIS records and candidate surveys

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO or high-volume industry.
• College Diploma or equivalent in HR preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and scale workflows between candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deal with candidates and third party representatives in a professional and appropriate manner in accordance with the Company’s Mission Statement, Promise of Performance, Core Values and Company policy
• Source candidates through a variety of recruitment channels to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Full cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and completing any pre-employment checks required
• Facilitate and participate in open houses / virtual hiring events / career fairs for recruitment campaigns, when required
• Develop, co-ordinate, and administer various Company programs (i.e. referral programs)
• Filing employment documentation into permanent employee files and/or uploading documentation to candidate profiles on HRIS system
• Maintain the Company’s Human Resources Information System on a daily basis.
• Assist in development and implementation of candidate surveys as requested by senior management.
• Champion company core values and other company programs
• Other duties as assigned

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process in strategically finding the best talent to join the organization while driving to reach the teams hiring goals. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and assessments, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidates experience. In addition, the Branch Recruiter will create partnership and maintain communication with the management team, external vendors, and various government agencies to effectively facilitate the recruitment process.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous Recruitment experience in BPO or any similar high-volume industry


• College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field, preferred


• You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers


• You have strong consulting skills, alongside a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member


• You possess a strong client service focus, particularly within the internal context of a global organization such as ours.


• You have experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS (Workday Preferred)


• You have strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel


• You are confident in public speaking


• You have a College diploma in the Human Resources/Psychology field.
